In the case of streptomycin poisoning, first of all, streptomycin should be stopped immediately, and intravenous rehydration should be given immediately to promote the excretion of the drug. When symptoms of neuromuscular blockage such as panic, weakness, numbness of the lips, difficulty in breathing, and decrease in blood pressure occur, the patient should be fully supplied with oxygen, intravenous calcium gluconate or calcium chloride should be pushed immediately, neostigmine should be applied for treatment, and if necessary, the patient should be intubated on a ventilator. In case of severe decrease in renal function, the patient should be put on hemodialysis in time. In case of ototoxicity, the patient should be put on hyperbaric oxygen and apply nerve-nourishing drugs, such as vitamin A, vitamin B complex, pantothenic acid, energy combination, low molecular dextrose, etc. In case of ototoxicity, vertigo, tinnitus and deafness, the patient can be treated with carbamazepine, lidocaine, cytarabine, 5% sodium bicarbonate, etc.; the patient can also be treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Shock is treated with adrenaline and glucocorticoids.
