How to treat uterine erosion

Celiac disease used to be a problem for many women, in fact, in obstetrics and gynecology, there is no longer a diagnosis of celiac disease. Because celiac disease is just an appearance of the cervix, if this performance is due to the cervical columnar epithelium ectopic caused by a normal physiological phenomenon, of course, do not need to be treated; if it is caused by inflammation, and accompanied by such as bleeding after coitus or increase in vaginal secretion and other obvious discomfort, you need to be treated. Because it is difficult to distinguish celiac disease from pre-cancerous cervical lesions or early cervical cancer in terms of appearance, the first step before treatment is to carry out cervical cytology to exclude the existence of pre-cancerous cervical lesions or cervical cancer. Drug therapy or physical therapy (commonly used treatments include cryotherapy, ironing, laser therapy, microwave therapy, infrared coagulation therapy, etc.) can be used. Physical therapy methods are similar, the principle is to destroy the single layer of columnar epithelium on the surface of the cervical erosion by various physical methods, so that it is necrotic and fall off, and then covered by a new layer of squamous epithelium. However, if chronic inflammation of the cervix occurs again, there is still a possibility that pathologic erosion will occur again. For cervical erosion, the first thing to do is to find the cause of the disease, and then give appropriate treatment.
