How to prolong menstrual cycle

There are two ways to prolong the menstrual cycle, the first is post-progestational half-cycle therapy and the second is oral short-acting contraceptive pills. The so-called post-progestin semi-cycle therapy refers to the second half of the menstrual cycle, i.e. the luteal phase, usually around the fifteenth day of menstruation, with intramuscular progesterone injections or oral progestin preparations, such as dydrogesterone or progesterone capsules. Oral short-acting contraceptive pills are taken on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle, one pill per night, continuously, without missing any dose, and the onset of menstruation usually occurs about 3-5 days after stopping the pill.
