Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma can be treated with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 1. Surgery: for limited lesions, surgery is the first choice of treatment, but surgery alone has a high local recurrence rate. 2. Radiotherapy: follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is prone to local recurrence after simple surgical resection, and radiotherapy should be routinely carried out after surgery, which can reduce the recurrence rate of the tumor and prolong the disease-free survival of patients. 3. Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy program generally adopts CHOP, i.e. the combination of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisolone. Preoperative chemotherapy can help patients to reduce the size of the lesion, and postoperative chemotherapy can delay the recurrence of the tumor and prolong the disease-free survival of patients. Patients with follicular dendritic cell sarcoma should go to the hospital in a timely manner and receive regular treatment as soon as possible with the help of doctors to avoid further development of the disease.
