Budesonide Nasal Spray is used to treat seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, perennial non-allergic rhinitis, as well as to prevent regrowth of nasal polyps after removal of nasal polyps and to treat nasal polyps symptomatically. Adverse reactions such as nasal irritation, rhinorrhea, mild hemorrhagic discharge from the nose, urticaria, dermatitis, rash and pruritus may occur with the use of this spray. The drug is contraindicated in people with a history of hypersensitivity to budesonide or any of the ingredients. The use of this spray needs to be noted, long-term use of high doses, systemic effects of glucocorticoids may occur, such as cortisolism, adrenal suppression, children’s growth retardation, etc.; the treatment of patients with fungal infections of the nose and herpes should be used with caution; the spray should not come into contact with the eyes, and if contact with the eyes, immediately rinse with water; the spray should be avoided in combination with ketoconazole.
