Symptoms of stage 1 myeloma

The full name of myeloma is multiple myeloma, and the symptoms of Stage I are pain, bleeding tendency and bone damage.
1. Pain: multiple myeloma is a kind of malignant plasma cell disease, which is mainly due to the destruction of bone by tumor cells in the patient’s body, so pain is one of the most common symptoms, and it is mainly persistent and progressive bone pain.
2. Bleeding tendency: patients with myeloma will produce more malignant plasma cells in the bone marrow, which will lead to the destruction of bone marrow hematopoietic cells, affecting the hematopoietic system and causing platelet reduction, thus bleeding tendency will occur.
3. Bone damage: imbalance of osteoclasts and osteoblasts activity will lead to bone damage, and pathological fracture may occur if there is severe pain after activity or sprain.
It is suggested that patients suffering from myeloma should go to the hospital in time to do systematic examination under the guidance of professional doctors to confirm the severity of myeloma and carry out standardized treatment according to the examination results.
