Is there a link between joint pain in both shoulders and the lungs?

Generally, bilateral shoulder joint pain is not related to the lungs. In special cases, such as shoulder joints with metastatic lung tumors, pleurisy pain radiating to the shoulder may also lead to double shoulder joint pain.
Double joint pain is usually considered to be caused by cervical spondylosis compressing the nerves, and may also be related to injury to structures such as tendons, ligaments, and cartilage tissue after exercise. Aseptic lesions including frozen shoulder, shoulder arthritis, and synovitis of the shoulder can also cause double joint pain.
A few cases. Shoulder pain is associated with pleurisy if it is accompanied by respiratory symptoms such as cough and sputum. Or a malignant tumor in the lungs, which has metastasized to the shoulder joint, can also compress the nerves or tissues near the shoulder joint and cause pain.
If the pain in both shoulder joints persists and cannot be relieved after resting, you should go to the hospital in time to find out the cause of the disease and actively treat it.
