What causes hair to fall out all the time

Old hair loss may be caused by both physiological hair loss and pathologic hair loss.
1. Physiological hair loss. Physiological factors such as staying up late, lack of sleep, fatigue, excessive stress, anxiety, emotional stress, nutritional deficiencies, pregnancy, post-delivery, and hair loss in middle age may all lead to old hair loss.
2. Pathological factors. Physical and chemical substances on the scalp damage, excessive exposure to ultraviolet light, hereditary androgenetic alopecia, seborrheic dermatitis, viral, bacterial and fungal infections, hypothyroidism, endocrine disorders, malignant tumors when receiving anticancer drugs, autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, and other diseases may lead to old hair loss.
When there is frequent and large amount of abnormal hair loss that cannot be improved, it is necessary to consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause of the disease and then reasonably treat it.
