Is it right to use lactasepsin for reflux hiccups?

Lactasex can be taken when reflux hiccups are caused by food accumulation and chronic gastritis; if they are caused by duodenal ulcers, oral administration of weak antacids is required and lactasex is not recommended.
Lactasexan is a dry preparation of active enterococci, which has the effect of promoting digestion and stopping diarrhea. Accumulation of food, chronic gastritis can be manifested as epigastric discomfort, fullness, belching, acid reflux, nausea, etc. Lactasexant can be taken to promote digestion and reduce reflux hiccups. It should be noted that this drug is contraindicated for those who are allergic to it, and the drug is a live bacterial preparation that should not be placed at high temperatures.
Duodenal ulcer can also cause acid reflux, hiccups, abdominal discomfort, belching, etc. Upon examination, if Helicobacter pylori is positive, anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment is required, and weak alkaline antacids, such as magnesium aluminium carbonate and aluminium phosphate, can also be taken to neutralize gastric acid. Lactasepsin is not recommended.
Reflux hiccups may also have other causes, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy. The above medications should be used under medical supervision.
