Zuo Gui Wan is indicated for patients with true yin deficiency syndrome. Zuo Gui Wan is composed of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Semen Cuscutae, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Gelsemium Kamehamehara, Gelsemium Deer Antler, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum and Fructus Lycii. It has the effect of nourishing the kidney and tonifying yin. It is used for the deficiency of true yin, lumbago and knee weakness, night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping sweating after waking up), and fatigue (lack of spirit) and dryness of mouth. The adverse effects of Zuo Gui Wan are not clear, pregnant women should not use; children are prohibited. Avoid greasy food during the use of medication; should not be taken by patients with colds; two weeks of medication or during the medication, the symptoms did not improve, or the symptoms worsened, or the emergence of new serious symptoms, the drug should be immediately discontinued and go to the hospital for medical attention.
