How to train your child’s poor eye adjustment

Children with poor eye adjustment often need adjustment training, including: reverse beat, distance and near alphabet, etc.
1. Reverse beat: Place the visual target card 33 centimeters in front of the eyes, and let the child identify the visual target card by alternately using the positive and negative lenses on the reverse beat to enhance the eye adjustment ability.
2. Alphabet: Place the large alphabet three meters in front of your eyes, hold the small alphabet 40 centimeters in front of your eyes, read the first line of the small alphabet, and gradually move closer to and farther away from the small alphabet. Read the first line of the small alphabet and gradually move closer to and further away from the small alphabet. Then read the small and large alphabets alternately to enhance the eye adjustment ability.
Parents are advised to take their children to the hospital for formal adjustment training if their eyes are poorly adjusted.
