The author used “Si Miao Wan plus flavor” to treat this disease with satisfactory results, and the results are reported as follows: Drug composition: 30 g of Cyperus alba, 15 g of Cyperus rotundus, 10 g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 10 g of Niu Xi, 10 g of Ginseng, 30 g of Fu Ling, 30 g of fried Coix seeds, 15 g of Fructus Paniculata, 15 g of Gentiana macrophylla, 10 g of fried malt buds, 15 g of Neem seeds. 15 g, 1 dose daily, divided into 2 doses in the morning and evening with water decoction. In the formula, Huang Bai is bitter cold, dry dampness and clear heat, directly to the lower jiao; Coix Seed is sweet and light to permeate dampness and remove paralysis, and can also clear heat; Cang Zhu is bitter and warm, dry dampness and strengthen the spleen, with the source of dampness; Huai Niu Xi is good at moving down, nourishing the liver and kidney, strengthen the tendons and bones, and can pass to the blood, and benefit the joints. The herbs are used to clear heat and detoxify the spleen, clear damp-heat; Fang Yi and Gentiana Macrophylla to dispel wind-dampness, clear damp-heat, subdue deficiency heat, promote water retention and reduce swelling; Bitter ginseng to clear heat, dry dampness and strengthen the spleen, diarrhea and detoxify; Fried wheat sprouts to eliminate food and strengthen the stomach; Chuan Neem to move Qi and relieve pain. The combination of these drugs has the function of clearing heat and dampness, resolving turbidity and detoxification.
