What to eat to improve vision in children with poor eyesight

Clinically there is no such thing as what to eat to improve vision. Poor vision in children is mostly caused by pseudomyopia, refractive error, congenital cataracts, etc. Patients can be treated under the guidance of the doctor by wearing glasses, surgical treatment, etc. to improve their vision. 1. Pseudomyopia: If pseudomyopia is the cause of children’s poor vision, children can be treated and relieved by proper rest and eye massage to improve their vision. 2. Refractive error: If the child’s poor vision is caused by refractive error (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism), the child can wear appropriate glasses to correct myopia and improve his/her vision under the guidance of a doctor. 3. Congenital cataract: If children’s poor vision is caused by congenital cataract, they can undergo surgical treatments such as cataract ultrasonic emulsification combined with artificial lens implantation under the guidance of doctors to improve their vision. It is recommended that children with vision loss should seek medical attention to evaluate their condition and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
