Typically, patients can still get pregnant after removal of one fallopian tube. The left and right fallopian tubes and the left and right ovaries are present on both sides of the uterus in a normal woman. Since ovulation takes place on both sides of the uterus, the removal of one fallopian tube will not affect the normal ovulation of eggs if the other fallopian tube is in good condition and does not show any other lesions. Therefore, the patient can still get pregnant in this case, only the chance of conception will be reduced. If any discomfort occurs after the removal of a fallopian tube, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital in time for standardized treatment in order to avoid delaying the condition.
