Clinically, the shape of the stomach is divided into hook type stomach, waterfall type stomach and irregular shape stomach. Most normal healthy people have a hook-shaped stomach. For patients with gastroparesis, most of the gastric antrums and gastric horns have exceeded the place below the pubic bone line on both sides, which is known as gastroparesis, and can show the characteristics of waterfall-shaped stomach, which is often accompanied by poor digestive function. For patients with gastroparesis, the morphology of the stomach may be disturbed and become irregular. Gastroparesis often leads to nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, and even pyloric obstruction, which needs to be treated with medication, and in some cases, surgery, to further improve the symptoms. Depending on the morphology of the stomach, it has a certain guiding value for clinical treatment.
