The 4D ultrasound can dynamically observe the structure of the fetus, and can comprehensively see the fetal organs, such as the head, face, limbs, spine, heart, internal organs, umbilical cord, placenta and amniotic fluid of the fetus, which is an effective means to detect fetal malformations. The test is usually done during the fifth to sixth month of pregnancy.
Pregnant women are advised to wear loose-fitting clothes, eat properly, drink some water 30 minutes before the test, and do not need to hold their urine, which usually does not affect the test results.
Pregnant women should be in a happy mood, not overly nervous, and get enough sleep the day before the test so as not to affect the test results.
