Occupation: At present, it is believed that workers engaged in chemical, petroleum, plastic products and other industries, as well as those who are in contact with coal or coke, asphalt are the high-risk groups of ureteral cancer. Aniline dyes, β-naphthylamine and benzidine are important carcinogens, and the latency period of ureteral cancer caused by these carcinogens is usually more than 15 years. 2. Heredity: Hereditary ureteral cancer usually develops at a younger age and is more common in females. Li-Fraumeni syndrome is a very rare chromosomal dominant syndrome, which can present with bilateral upper urothelial carcinoma. 3. Balkan nephropathy: Balkan nephropathy is a degenerative interstitial disease of the kidney, which often has a family history.
