4C is the grading of a breast nodule and often suggests that the nodule has a high chance of malignancy. The survival time of 4C breast nodule which has been clearly identified as breast cancer mainly depends on the pathological type of breast tumor, infiltration depth, the presence of lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, if left untreated, the prognosis of breast cancer is often less than 1 year after distant metastasis. Surgery is an effective treatment for breast cancer, and it should be preferred for all patients who can tolerate surgery. Commonly used surgeries include breast-conserving mastectomy, modified radical mastectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph node dissection. Surgical removal of lesions can effectively improve the survival rate of patients. For patients with late staging and high tumor malignancy, combined chemotherapy (e.g. epirubicin, cyclophosphamide, docetaxel, etc.) can also be used to kill residual tumor cells after surgery and improve patients’ prognosis. Once diagnosed with breast cancer, early treatment can often lead to a better prognosis, and should not be delayed in order to avoid the progression of the disease and the adverse consequences.
