The full name of ketotifen tablets is ketotifen fumarate. In clinical use, the dosage for adults is 2 times/day, 1 tablet/dose, and the dose of 1 tablet is 1mg, taken orally in the morning and evening. It is an H1 receptor antagonist and is mainly used for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, typical bronchial asthma and cough variant asthma. There are adverse reactions after taking the drug, mainly drowsiness, lethargy, nausea, dry mouth, etc. Occasionally, headache, dizziness, sluggishness and weight gain may occur. Do not work at high altitudes or operate precision instruments while taking the drug; use with caution in pregnant women and prohibit the use of the drug in people with allergic reactions; and avoid combining the drug with central nervous system depressants or alcohol and oral hypoglycemic drugs.
