What is generalized eczema

Generalized eczema is a large area of eczema that is generalized or disseminated throughout the body in various locations, such as autosensitive eczema and dry eczema. Pancytopenia is relative to limited eczema. Relatively speaking, the etiology of the former is mainly endogenous, such as individual allergic constitution, but also mostly seen in food, medication, inhalant allergens, ultraviolet allergy, and less often in contact dermatitis caused by local friction and extrusion. For treatment, because of the large scope of the rash, it is important to pay attention to the systematic treatment with oral medication on top of topical application. In general, the exudation period can be astringent with 3% boric acid solution wet dressing, topical application of mometasone furoate ointment, trimethoprim econazole cream, etc., twice a day. Oral anti-allergy medication, such as imipramine tablets, citicoline capsules, etc. Also, because of the large area of generalized eczema and the severity of the disease, it is often combined with immunosuppressants such as Mennen, vitamin C, and even thalidomide and raglan polysaccharide. Small doses of prednisone can also be used in the acute phase to reduce inflammatory symptoms. Pancytopenia eczema should pay attention to sun protection to avoid UV induced aggravation, and also pay attention to the avoidance of food, more light diet, no spicy stimulation, do not drink alcohol, ensure sufficient rest to improve the body’s resistance.
