What does mitral valve single peak mean

Mitral valve monopodialization suggests left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, mainly with respect to the mitral orifice flow trend. The leaflets of the mitral valve fall faster than normal in early diastole, and moderate or greater closure insufficiency is often accompanied by a separation of the large and small valves that fail to come together in systole. The anterior and posterior diameters of the left ventricle are increased, and the left atrium is significantly enlarged. Two-dimensional echocardiography shows that the anterior and posterior mitral valve leaflets are misaligned or stratified during systole, and at the same time shows leaflet thickening, calcified plaque, subvalvular structural deformities, or even suggests leaflet prolapse, tendon cable relaxation and rupture, and so on. If there is any cardiac discomfort, it is important to seek medical attention in order to avoid delays in the treatment of the disease. If the patient is confirmed to be diagnosed with heart failure, he/she needs to exercise under the guidance of a physician and not to drink too much water per day.
