A questionnaire from ASCRS can effectively help ordinary people determine whether they are at risk of colorectal cancer, and we hope it will be helpful to us. 1.Are you aged ≥50 years old? 2.Do you or your family members have a history of colorectal polyps? 3.Do you or your family members have a history of colorectal cancer? 4.Do you have a history of chronic inflammatory disease of the colorectum? (Do you or a family member have a history of ovarian, endometrial, or stomach cancer? 6. Do you have African or Spanish ancestry? If you answered “yes” to any one or more of the above questions, you are at risk for colorectal cancer and should consult with your colorectal surgeon for appropriate screening and prevention methods.
