4. Extra-abdominal hernia: Extra-abdominal hernia can be formed when the organs and tissues in the abdominal cavity protrude outward through the defect of the abdominal wall, and the mass in the middle and lower abdomen may be caused by extra-abdominal hernia such as straight hernia, umbilical hernia, incisional hernia, and so on.
