Normal values of fingertip glucose in pregnant women

The fingertip blood glucose and intravenous blood glucose of pregnant women are the same standard, i.e. fasting blood glucose 3.1-5.1mmol/L, one hour after meal blood glucose less than 10mmol/L, two hours after meal blood glucose less than 8.5mmol/L. High blood glucose of pregnant women is prone to fetal malformation, miscarriage of huge babies and premature delivery, and pregnant women are prone to urinary tract infection and difficult delivery. It is necessary to actively control blood sugar so that fasting blood sugar is controlled at 3.3-5.3mmol/L, two-hour postprandial blood sugar is less than 6.7mmol/L and glycated hemoglobin is below 6% to ensure healthy development of the fetus. At the same time, pregnant women should have a reasonable diet with scientific meals, eat more fresh vegetables, appropriate fruits, pure milk and eggs. Eat less and more meals to avoid overeating, drink more plain water and avoid carbonated drinks and coffee.
