Aortic coarctation is divided into type I, type II and type III. Type I involves the whole layer, including the ascending aorta, aortic arch and descending aorta, while aortic coarctation type III mainly involves the left descending clavicular aorta. Currently, there are two types of treatment for type III: 1. conservative treatment: strict bed rest for 4-6 weeks with cardiac and diuretic medication, regular review and observation of the progress of the entrapment; 2. descending aortic overmolded stenting surgery: accessing the guidewire and catheter through the femoral artery puncture, searching for a breach, and giving a stent to seal the breach, which will no longer produce a false lumen. Both ways can be cured. No matter which one you choose, you need to review regularly and do the next treatment according to the results of the review.
