If the condom falls inside the vaginal opening, about 1/3 of the way to the index finger, you can wash your hands and put on a disposable finger condom and enter the vagina to help remove the condom. However, in some cases, the condom is so deep in the posterior fornix that it cannot be removed by the woman herself. When you have sex later in life, you must choose the right condom to avoid leaving it in the vagina again.
