Ureteral calculi causing renal colic

  First, analgesia and relief of smooth muscle spasm of the renal pelvis and ureter.  Commonly used antispasmodic drugs include scopolamine hydrochloride, atropine, cardiac pain, tamsulosin hydrochloride; commonly used analgesic drugs include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and narcotic analgesics, such as morphine, pethidine, brucine, indomethacin suppositories, etc.  Oral drugs usually have weak effects and mostly require intramuscular injection.  If the pain is accompanied by heavy nausea and vomiting, or if the pain cannot be relieved by intramuscular injection, infusion therapy is needed.  Second, after the pain is relieved, release the cause of the disease. Depending on the size and location of the stone, the degree of hydronephrosis, the length of time the stone stays in the ureter, the kidney function, as well as age and gender, different treatment methods are adopted.
