High white blood cells in children are bacterial inflammation, white blood cells will be high when there is a bacterial sense; high lymphocytes suggest the presence of a viral infection; if both white blood cells and lymphocytes are high, it suggests the possibility of a mixed bacterial and viral infection, and in the application of drugs, treatment should be based on anti-bacterial as well as viral drugs together. The bacterial drugs applied for high leukocytes are cephalosporin antibiotics, or penicillin antibiotics, commonly cefixime or amoxicillin granules and other drugs. If the lymphocytes are caused by a viral infection, drugs such as oral four-season antiviral oral solution or ribavirin granules can be given for treatment, and intravenous infusions of drugs such as adenosine and acyclovir injection are commonly used.
