Difference between Pioneerin and Cephalosporin

There is no difference between Pioneerin and Cephalosporin. Pioneerin is the phonetic word of Cephalosporin in English, so Cephalosporin is also called Pioneerin. According to the time of discovery, it is divided into Cephalosporin I, Cephalosporin II, Cephalosporin III and Cephalosporin IV, with increasingly strong antibacterial effects. Cephalosporin antibiotics have a better antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria and are more widely used in otolaryngology, especially in tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis and otitis media, etc. The most common causative agents of these diseases are Streptococcus b haemolyticus as well as Streptococcus pneumoniae, so cephalosporins as well as penicillins are effective in treatment. Cephalosporins also have certain side effects, such as nephrotoxicity as well as cardiotoxicity, so they should never be abused and must be treated with evidence of bacterial infection, especially Gram-positive bacterial infection, before using cephalosporin antibiotics.
