The staging of swallowing disorder includes the following phases: 1. Preparation phase : including the color and flavor of the food, the food should not be too thin, in the shape of egg custard, with moderate viscosity; 2. Oral phase: the food enters the mouth and is trained through the tongue and chewing, such as the movement of chewing; 3. Pharyngeal phase: the tongue rolls the food from the mouth to the pharynx, and the pharynx then sends the food downward through coordinated movements; 4. Esophageal phase: after the esophagus admits the food, it will move downward regularly, forming a peristaltic rush one by one, and then squeezing the food into the stomach.
