People at high risk of stomach cancer are those who are more likely to develop stomach cancer than the general population. Generally speaking, the incidence rate of stomach cancer in high-risk group is several times or even nearly 10 times higher than that of the average population. It should be noted that the high-risk group only refers to the relatively higher possibility of developing stomach cancer, not the certainty of developing stomach cancer. Compared with the general population, the high-risk group should receive targeted examination. The high-risk groups of gastric cancer in China generally include: 1. Age above 40, previous history of chronic gastric disease, and recent indigestion. 2.Patients with gastric cancer or other digestive tract cancers in their family. 3.History of previous gastric diseases, especially chronic gastric ulcer, gastric polyp, atrophic gastritis, gastrectomy, etc. for more than 10 years. 4.Have H. pylori infection. 5, have unexplained vomiting of blood, vomiting of coffee-colored material or tarry stools, and have weight loss. 6.Symptoms such as acid reflux and heartburn were present, but now the symptoms suddenly disappear. 7.Born in a high incidence area of gastric cancer or have lived in a high incidence area for a long time. 8.I have suffered from other malignant tumors. 9.People who like excessively salty food, including pickled and smoked food, long-term alcoholism and smoking, and people who eat less fresh vegetables. 10.People who are mentally stimulated and depressed. No real cause of stomach cancer has been found so far, and it is currently believed that stomach cancer is the result of a combination of factors. Therefore, risk factors that may lead to the occurrence of gastric cancer should be minimized. The prevention and treatment of gastric cancer on the one hand is to try to control and exclude known suspected cancer-causing factors, and on the other hand is to discover susceptible individuals, follow up regularly, detect early patients and treat them in time. Specific measures are as follows: 1. Try to overcome bad dietary habits: eat less fried, baked, deep-fried and salted food, no moldy food, no smoking, less alcohol, and more fresh vegetables and fruits. Food should be stored in the refrigerator to reduce the formation of nitrosamines. Do not eat too hot food, do not overeat, overeat, do not eat too fast, avoid eating rough food. 2, actively treat various chronic diseases of the stomach, including gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis, gastric polyps, etc. Chronic gastric disease should be treated systematically and cured only by gastroscopy or X-ray review, and it cannot be considered that the lifting or remission of symptoms is the cure. 3.Other: The residual stomach after gastrectomy is prone to cancer, so when symptoms such as stomach pain and discomfort appear again, we should be doubly careful and have timely examination, including barium meal and gastroscopy, etc. for timely diagnosis and treatment.
