How to do when the foot bone is cracked

Bone fractures in the foot should be immediately stopped, braked and fixed. Immediately apply ice to the affected area to induce local vasoconstriction to inhibit subcutaneous bleeding and reduce inflammation and swelling. If the degree of bone fracture is mild and no dislocation occurs, the affected part can be fixed in a cast and the affected limb can be elevated and not moved. If the degree of bone fracture is more serious, choose surgery under the guidance of a doctor. After the bone fracture, you should try to rest in bed and do not walk on the ground. During the recovery period, you can eat more high-protein foods, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating too greasy and big tonic soups. If the bone fracture is not completely healed, you should not walk with weight for a long period of time, otherwise it may lead to displacement of the bone fracture.
