1. Duplizumab is indicated for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older who are poorly controlled by topical medications or for whom topical medications are not recommended, and is currently used more frequently in clinical practice. It can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors by inhibiting interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 signaling, blocking inflammatory factor-induced inflammatory response, and achieving anti-inflammatory purpose.
2. It should be noted that in the process of using the drug, some patients may have conjunctivitis, blepharitis, injection site reaction, oral herpes and other adverse reactions, patients who are allergic to any one of the active ingredients in the drug are prohibited from using this drug.
