Follicular lymphoma 3B is several stages

Follicular lymphoma 3B, which is a diagnosis of pathologic grading, that is, it is a diagnosis of >15 central blasts under high magnification, and therefore it is a pathologic diagnostic indicator. For example, stage I or stage II lymphoma mainly involves one or two lymph nodes above the diaphragm or below the septum, while involvement of lymph nodes above and below the septum is stage III follicular lymphoma, and stage IV lymphoma involves lung, liver, bone, brain and other organs. Therefore, follicular lymphoma grade 3B is only a diagnostic criterion for pathological grading and is not necessarily related to the stage, which should be judged by the extent of lymph node involvement.
