Resuscitation measures for pulmonary embolism

Clinically, patients with severe large-area infarction may suffer from loss of consciousness, syncope, sharp drop in blood pressure, increase in heart rate, and in severe cases, even cardiac respiratory arrest, whose rescue measures are basically the same as those for ordinary cardiac respiratory arrest, including: 1) cardiopulmonary resuscitation: including chest compressions and artificial respiration; 2) antiresorptive treatment; 3) thrombolytic therapy: if the onset of disease time of the patient is relatively short, the vital signs of the patient are relatively stable and hemodynamics is normal, thrombolytic therapy should be considered; 4) dialing the emergency telephone should be given at the same time to give oxygen and to set up two venous pathways.
