What Foods to Eat for Liver Qi Deficiency

Liver qi deficiency refers to the lack of essence of the liver, also known as liver qi deficiency, and the treatment is to nourish the liver and kidneys. You can eat Chinese wolfberry, mulberry and other medicinal substances.
