If the gynecological ultrasound suggests the formation of uterine scar diverticulum, further hysteroscopy is needed to clarify the diagnosis. 3, caused by endometrial polyps, further hysteroscopic endometrial polyp electrosurgery is needed, after which pathology will be sent to determine the next step of treatment. 4, caused by vaginal inflammation, vaginal secretions will be tested, and the next step of treatment will be decided according to the vaginal secretions laboratory examination. For cervical polyps, cervical polypectomy will be performed.
