Is it normal for breasts to be soft?

Normal breasts are soft to the touch, breasts are mainly composed of adipose tissue, mammary duct glands and fibrous tissue together, so that normal tissues are relatively soft to the touch. Around the nipple there is a ring of darkly pigmented skin which also becomes the areola, and in the areola area there are many small protrusions for the areola glands, which mainly secrete a fatty substance to lubricate the nipple. If the angle of touching is different, the breast tissue will feel a little hard, but it is even and not a piece, while some people’s breasts feel irregular tissue, this is sometimes normal. If you have mastitis or breast cancer, or breast papilloma, there will be multiple hard or soft lumps inside the breast tissue, and some of them will be painful when pressed.
