Menopausal menstrual dribbling is rare, but it’s every afternoon bleeding what’s going on

Menstrual dribbling during menopause, where the menstrual flow is very small but concentrated in the afternoon, may be caused by functional bleeding, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, adenomyosis and so on.
1. Functional bleeding: The ovarian function of menopausal women gradually fails and the hormone level in the body decreases, which will cause low and incomplete menstrual flow.
2. Endometrial cancer: when endometrial cancer occurs, the patient will show irregular menstruation. At this time, we can do hysteroscopy and take pathological tissue biopsy.
3. Cervical cancer: If menopausal women have abnormal vaginal bleeding, they need to be alert to cervical cancer. Because cervical cancer can cause contact vaginal bleeding, cervical cancer screening is necessary.
4. Adenomyosis: Adenomyosis can also cause abnormal uterine bleeding. If the amount of uterine bleeding is small, it will be manifested as a dribbling.
If the symptoms of irregular menstruation during menopause are not relieved or are accompanied by other symptoms, you should go to the hospital in time to have the cause clarified and then give targeted treatment.
