Most pregnancies start to develop around four months after conception, which means that the belly appears to be more obviously bulging. The timing of the emergence of each pregnant woman varies greatly, and is related to fatness, diet and the speed of fetal development, as well as to the position of the uterus. In the early stages of pregnancy, the pelvis is large and the uterus is not yet beyond the pelvis, so the belly is not visible, but as the fetus slowly grows, the belly begins to bulge. During pregnancy vomiting light, nutritious fetus grows faster and shows pregnancy early; two fetuses show pregnancy earlier than a single fetus; then there are pregnant women with combined gestational diabetes, metabolic disorders, larger fetus, more amniotic fluid and more obvious pregnancy. If the fetus is growing too slowly, the diet should be adjusted according to the physician’s advice.
