Acute gastroenteritis can eat fruit, but try to avoid eating too cold fruit, such as chilled or just out of the refrigerator.
1. If patients with acute gastroenteritis eat too cold fruits, such as fruits just taken out of the refrigerator, it may make the gastrointestinal tract cold and cause gastrointestinal spasm, or gastrointestinal peristalsis, thus aggravating the condition.
2. Acute gastroenteritis patients can eat some room temperature apples, umeboshi, cherries, durian, pineapple, oranges and other fruits, which can replenish the vitamins needed by the body.
Note: Acute gastroenteritis patients should eat soft, easy to digest, light food, such as millet porridge, noodle sheet soup and so on. Avoid spicy stimulation, greasy, too hot, too cold food intake.
Diet can only alleviate the symptoms, can not achieve the therapeutic effect. If the symptoms of acute gastroenteritis are serious, or the symptoms persist and do not improve, you should go to the hospital in time for treatment.
