Prostate fluid test shows 2+ lecithin microsomes and 1+ leukocytes, suggesting the presence of chronic prostate inflammation, which is usually not serious if treated promptly and actively, but can lead to aggravation of the condition if treatment is delayed, which can have serious consequences. The lecithin bodies and leukocytes are two important indicators in prostate fluid examination, in which the normal value of leukocytes is less than 10+ and the normal value of lecithin bodies is 3+ or 4+. Clinically, a decrease in lecithin microsomes may be a manifestation of prostatitis, which is diagnosed when lecithin decreases to 50% of the normal value. From this, it can be seen that the index of leukocyte 1 is normal, while the lecithin microsomes drop to 2, considering the existence of chronic prostatitis. Chronic prostatitis can be cured with timely and active treatment and is usually not serious. Chronic prostatitis, if left untreated, can lead to decreased sexual function and sperm quality in severe cases, thus affecting fertility. Tests showing lecithin vesicles 2 and leukocytes 1 should be consulted with a doctor and actively cooperated with the treatment in order to avoid delays leading to a serious condition.
