Removing ocular edema is mainly about removing the cause, if physiological you can do it by reducing water intake, hot compresses, massage etc.
Ocular edema is defined as puffiness of the eyelids, i.e., excess fluid accumulates in the eyelids, which results in swelling of the tissues around the eyes. There are many causes of edema, such as infection, trauma, heart and kidney disease and physiologic edema. The first three causes require prompt medical attention and treatment.
If the last one, you can reduce the intake of water and sodium before going to bed, wet towels and hot compresses and massage the eye tissue to relieve.
Usually more exercise, avoid staying up late, less electronic products can also be effective in preventing eyelid edema. If you do not see any relief, you should seek medical attention.
