Is it good to wear low prescription contact lenses?

There is nothing wrong with wearing relatively low prescription contact lenses, except that you may not be able to see things clearly. Contact lens prescriptions are determined by the prescription of your own eyes and the effects they produce after wearing them. If your own glasses are relatively high and you don’t have any obvious discomfort, you can choose to wear contact lenses after converting your glasses, which usually doesn’t cause dizziness or lack of clarity. But if you have low prescription frame glasses, or if you feel dizzy or distorted when wearing high prescription glasses, you need to choose relatively low prescription contact lenses to avoid the dizziness. However, as a result of the low prescription, the vision correction will be poor, and there may be a lack of clarity when looking at distant objects or at night, but there is no harm to the eye itself.
