If there is stomach pain and vaginal bleeding, if there is no history of menopause, the most common clinical causes are as follows: i) chronic pelvic inflammatory disease; ii) endometriosis; iii) pelvic tumors; iv) endometrial lesions, all of which may cause the above symptoms. It is recommended to do ultrasound examination, gynecological examination, blood routine examination, through ultrasound examination to understand whether the uterine adnexa is abnormal, if there is pelvic inflammation, to actively anti-inflammatory treatment. If the endometrium is found to have uneven echogenicity or abnormal thickening, it is recommended to do diagnostic curettage while controlling the inflammation to know the lesions of the endometrium through curettage.
