Combined organ resection for colon cancer invading adjacent organs is a difficult point in gastrointestinal surgery, requiring the operator to master the basic techniques of gastrointestinal surgery, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, vascular surgery, etc., which requires high experience and surgical techniques. In this case, laparoscopic sigmoid colon cancer combined with partial bladder wall and terminal ileal resection and appendectomy are rare in domestic and foreign reports, and the small surgical incision and low bleeding provided a smooth postoperative recovery.
