The easiest way to determine gallbladder cancer

There is no simplest way to determine gallbladder cancer. Gallbladder cancer usually needs to be diagnosed based on patient’s physical examination, blood test, imaging test, pathological biopsy and other tests. Early stage of gallbladder cancer usually has no specific symptoms, and as the disease progresses, symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, jaundice and abdominal lumps will appear. If gallbladder cancer is suspected, preliminary diagnosis can be made through physical examination, such as whether there is jaundice, emaciation, enlargement of gallbladder, pressure pain and other symptoms. And blood sampling should be carried out to check tumor markers. Gallbladder cancer may show elevated carcinoembryonic antigen and glycan antigen-199. In addition, imaging examination is also needed to know the location of the lesion and the invaded area, such as ultrasound, CT examination, MRI, and so on. Pathological biopsy is the gold standard for tumor diagnosis of gallbladder cancer, and the biopsy methods include fine-needle aspiration biopsy, surgical biopsy and so on. If gallbladder cancer is suspected, one should go to the hospital for corresponding examination in time, and should not make blind judgment on one’s own, so as not to affect the condition.
