How to stop a nosebleed

Bleeding from the nose can be stopped by applying local cold compresses, pinching the nose to stop bleeding, or nasal tamponade to stop bleeding, electrocoagulation to stop bleeding and other measures. (2) Nasal hemangioma: Nosebleeds may be caused by rupture of nasal hemangioma. If the hemangioma is less than or equal to 5 millimeters, radiofrequency and microwave can be adopted as the treatment method; if the hemangioma is more than 5 millimeters, surgical resection is often needed. (3) Nasal septum deviation: Severe nasal septum deviation may cause high tension in the mucous membrane of the nasal septum, which may cause nosebleed, and need to be corrected by surgery in time. Nosebleeds may also be caused by other reasons, and the possibility of blood system diseases needs to be examined.
