Cannot be ruled out: when a breast lump is found, palpation reveals irregular edges, poor surface smoothness, nipple overflow, nipple retraction; molybdenum target, ultrasound and other imaging examinations reveal that the edge of the lump is unclear, irregular shape, and calcified foci around the lump, the likelihood of breast cancer is high.
