Endometrioid adenocarcinoma does not usually present with bone metastases in the early stages of development. Endometrioid adenocarcinoma is a common type of endometrial cancer. According to FIGO staging, early stage endometrioid adenocarcinoma generally refers to stage I and stage II, in which stage I indicates that the tumor foci are confined to the body of the uterus, while stage II indicates that the tumor has invaded the interstitium of the uterine cervix, but has not spread outside the body of the uterus. Therefore, endometrioid adenocarcinoma in the early stage of disease will not develop bone metastasis. As the disease progresses, endometrioid adenocarcinoma will develop metastasis, including bone metastasis. According to the staging, bone metastasis belongs to advanced stage. It is recommended that endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients should go to the hospital as soon as possible to receive standardized treatment.
